How the solution works...
When properly installed and configured, the standard Tmedia unit acts as the primary (active) VoIP gateway and the Tmedia +1 unit acts as the secondary (standby). The two are controlled through the connection of the VoIP ports 0 and 1 and in the event of product malfunction; traffic is transferred from the active to the standby unit through the patch panel connection, without the need for human intervention.
Tmedia 1+1 solutions ensure redundancy in terms of: power redundancy, packet network redundancy and facility protection.

Questions are up in the air whether this is a step TelcoBridges is taking toward communicating their MSRP in the market. Currently no MSRP is circulated and as TelcoBridges is a privately held company, pricing is currently in the hands of partners to send in the market. However, initial market research is suggesting that should this happen TelcoBridges products would quickly begin to take head on the competition. there is no certain decision on whether this will become a reality or not in the near future.
